How Much Does Executive Coaching Cost?
Executive coaching is an investment, and the price can vary widely. As rough planning estimates, individual sessions may cost a few hundred dollars to $1,500 or more. Multi-month executive coaching engagements can run from roughly $10,000 to $50,000 or more. Those figures are illustrative, not verified industry averages or a Kiln Global® price quote.

What drives the price?
What drives the price? The coach's experience and track record, the seniority of the leader, the complexity of the assignment, the length of the relationship, and the work involved. An engagement that includes assessments, stakeholder interviews, or access between sessions will cost more than a stand-alone conversation.
What are you paying for?
But price alone tells you very little about value. If you are responsible for a business, a team, or a consequential decision, ask a harder question: What could one poorly considered decision cost? A bad executive hire. A strategy nobody commits to. A talented leader who walks out the door. Those costs do not appear on a coaching invoice, but they are real.
You should expect more than encouragement for your investment. You should expect a coach who listens closely, challenges you when necessary, respects confidentiality, and helps you translate new perspective into better choices and observable changes in how you lead.
How Kiln Global scopes the work
At Kiln Global®, we scope coaching around the leader, the stakes, and the outcomes that matter. We discuss the investment once we understand the assignment. The goal is not to sell you hours. It is to make the work worth doing.
